Responsibilities:
- Detail vehicles inside out
- Start Vehicles every other day to make sure they don't have any issues
- Open the store at 9.45 am
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide excellent guest services by assisting customers with their needs
- Deliver vehicles to designated locations within the dealership
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and the lot area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Skills:
- Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in valet parking or delivery driver roles is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist a diverse customer base
- Experience in cash handling and basic retail math
- Familiarity with dealership operations is preferred
